MANILA, Philippines - Filipinos woke up to a partial solar eclipse Monday morning.
The eclipse was visible in many parts of the country and other parts of the globe.
Weather bureau PAGASA said the astronomical phenomenon was visible in Metro Manila from 5:58 am to 7:06 am.
It was also seen in Baguio as well as in some areas in the Visayas and Mindanao from 6:01 am to 7:11 am.
The eclipse was also witnessed across Asia, the Pacific and even in Russia. -ABS-CBN News (May 21, 2012)
